Enrolment


Western Australia offers a 4yo kindergarten program to all children. Enrolment is completed as a two-part process:


  • Step one: submit a 2022 application form (if eligible) to your preferred kindergarten, before the cut-off date of Friday 23rd July 2021.
  • Step two: If a place is available it will be offered to you. At this stage enrolment forms will be completed.

The Process


  • Application forms can be downloaded from our website or emailed to you, after completing the enquiry form on this page. You can also request an application pack to be mailed to you.
  • Only one application can be submitted for your child to attend kindergarten at any public school, kindergarten or community kindergarten.
  • Forms may be submitted via post or email. When emailing your application remember to check for a confirmation email.
  • After applications close class numbers are assessed, and places are offered.
  • On selection you will be asked to complete an Enrolment Form. Additional documents (including immunisation records; court orders and/or visa papers if applicable), are required at this stage.

  • Proof of age (birth certificate / extract) will be requested on application.
  • It is an Education Department requirement that all children enrolling in Kindergarten are fully immunised or on an immunisation catch up schedule.
  • We offer 20 places per Kindergarten class.
  • We can not yet confirm whether one class or two classes will run in 2022.
  • If we receive more applications than available places, Department of Education selection critera will be applied. (Date of application is not considered).
